  • In the 1-3 months of pregnancy your baby’s brain, heart, spinal cord, eyes, and major organs start forming. This is the foundation phase of your baby’s health. What you eat and what nutrients you give now will help your baby grow stronger day by day.


🍽️ 1-3 MONTHS PREGNANCY DIET CHART – SIMPLE & NUTRITIOUS

    

Morning (empty stomach)

  • 1-2 soaked almonds

  • A glass of warm water (with lemon or plain)

Breakfast

  • Paneer/boiled egg with roti or toast
